World famous chef Richard Sandoval will showcase his distinctive culinary expertise from December 14-17, 2011 at The Pearl, Qatar.

He will be offering an exclusive dining experience through a series of culinary activities including cooking classes, and a special tasting menu for his visitors will reflect a variety of modern Latin-American dishes.

“The event will give us an amazing opportunity to showcase a rich menu to Mexican food lovers in Doha," said Sandoval. “These activities will be offered in a great atmosphere encouraging people to participate. I am hoping that they experience a new and distinct taste of Mexican food.”

Richard Sandoval’s showcase at The Pearl, Qatar coincides with the Island’s progress in opening a number of world-class restaurants including Pampano, Sandoval’s Mexican seafood restaurant.

This is in addition to eight other restaurants currently operated by Hospitality Development Company – a wholly owned subsidiary of United Development Company — which offer different cuisines including Chinese, Japanese and Lebanese.

Sandoval also runs Maya at the Le Royal Meridien Beach Resort & Spa and Toro Toro at Grosvenor House hotel, Dubai.
