Mövenpick Hotel & Apartments Bur Dubai has welcomed Mohamed Fakih as its new food and beverage manager.
Fakih brings 15 years of F&B experience having most recently worked as assistant director of food and beverage at Mövenpick Resort Al Nawras Jeddah, Saudi Arabia since July, 2010.
Born and educated in Lebanon, Fakih holds a Bachelor Degree in Hospitality Management from AUCE.

In his new role he will oversee the hotel's F&B operation, which includes Fountain restaurant, Café and Sweet shop, Chutneys restaurant and Somerset’s Pub as well as the conference and banqueting services.
