Management of the new Ramada Plaza JBR Hotel is in search of more than 200 staff for the property on Jumeirah Beach, which is expected to open mid-April.
The job vacancies range from department heads to front-line staff, the hotel's director of operations Walid Fawal told Hotelier Middle East.
"We're looking for employees with previous experience and from multi-nationalities. We are starting with the recruitment of the department heads, including F&B managers, middle managament and then we will bring in the front-line staff."

Fawal said he was looking to arrange a recruitment day in Dubai in early February, in addition to HR recruitment drives in Nepal and India, as well as other nearby source markets.
"But we would prefer to bring in more staff who are already working in Dubai," he added.
The four-star, 360-room hotel is located on the podium level of the Jumeirah Beach Residence, close to the new Hilton Jumeirah Beach Residence which opened last month, with entrances from The Walk and from Dubai Marina.
