With 3800 exhibitors from 83 countries and an expected 65,000 trade visitors, the world’s biggest annual food & hospitality event is set to be better than ever.

Reports of high repeat business, and the US signing US $34 million worth of orders last year proves it as the must-visit show for creating new business opportunities and building on existing custom. It runs from February 19-22 2012 at Dubai World Trade Centre and offers revered culinary competitions and must-hear talks from international experts.

Awards
The Gulfood Awards honour those with the highest standards of service and innovation. Khim Puseman, marketing manager of Morlife, winner of last year’s Best Newcomer Brand, says: “It was the catalyst that kicked off a hugely successful year for us. Baking and Pastry Guild Middle East
This event celebrates the highly specialised skills of renowned bakers and pastry chefs over eight live and four static categories, including Themed Celebration Cakes, Artisan Bread and Sugar Art. It’s held in Zabeel Hall, stand Z-B15. The prize giving will be on February 22 at 4pm.
