Park Regis Kris Kin Dubai has outlined its plan for using social media to connect with guests.
The hotel has developed a strategy to connect with guests both nationally and internationally using social media websites.
It will use Twitter to spread the word about promotions, as well as Facebook for posting about events. It will also use video sharing website YouTube and FourSquare, where users can ‘check-in’ to locations and achieve rewards for their frequency.
Scott Butcher, general manager of Park Regis Kris Kin Hotel Dubai, said: “Social media is a rapidly evolving communication network. We have outlined a cohesive approach to the top social media platforms while customizing content and tone for each one.”
He added: “We have identified a team of media savvy staff to engage with customers through social media channels who would be routinely involved in answering questions on Facebook and Twitter.”
