Avaya is to supply the new Kempinski Al Othoman Hotel in KSA, as well as TIME properties in UAE.

In Saudi Arabia Avaya will supply the twin Al Othoman towers, also home to Al Othoman headquarters, enabling business guests easy communication channels through IP telephony solutions.

Abdullah Al Othman, vice president, Al Othman Holding, said: “The Al Othoman Towers will be a signature development in Khobar and it is critical that this project delivers to businesses and visitors the most reliable, secure and highly available communications services — Avaya has given us the confidence that Al Othoman Towers will be among the Kingdom’s most technologically advanced towers for the benefit of our tenants.”

Five newly rebranded TIME Hotels in Dubai and Sharjah will also be implementing Avaya’s wireless and telephony technologies, and already has 590 rooms using the services.

Avaya’s system includes the feature for business calls to ring simultaneously on office and mobile phones, with the ability to transfer and hold conference calls in each property.
