The French International Business Development Agency, UBIFRANCE, will be hosting 24 companies in The French Pavillion at the Hotel Show, Dubai World Trade Centre, from now until May 17.

The agency hopes for a record success at the trade show due to renewed regional investment in the hospitality sector.

French companies will we exhibiting: lighting, including traditional and LED solutions; household linen, featuring top-quality fabrics and embroidered textiles; decoration, including floral compositions, framing, wall paintings and other accessories; logistics, with a focus on service trolleys.

World-renowned designers have also contributed to table-top accessories, including cutlery, dishes, crockery and glasses.

The French equipment is not limited to indoor, and also includes garden furniture, high-end swimming pool and car shelters, veranda manufacture services.

One exhibitor will even offer 'bubbles to live in' - enclosed spaces to be installed inside buildings, on roofs or in the desert creating an environment to live in that simulates its environment.

The Pays de la Loire and the Paris Region Chamber of Trades and Craftsmanship (CMRA) have conducted a highly dynamic initiative to raise the awareness of new businesses regarding the region’s potential.

The CMRA will be exhibiting in halls 5-8.

A key event for Middle-Eastern and North-African hotel industry professionals, the Hotel Show event attracted 15,000 visitors and 420 exhibitors from 45 countries last year.

The region’s attraction for suppliers in the sector can be easily explained by the $6b in UAE, Saudi and Qatar projects, as well as by the $90b in hotel-related equipment imported by Saudi Arabia.
