The Bin Majid Group has announced that it is to have a hotel in each of the UAE’s seven emirates by the end of 2014.
The group, which currently only has properties open in Ras Al Khaimah, has hotels under development in Abu Dhabi and Dubai, opening in the third quarter of 2012 and the first quarter of 2013, respectively.
Ali Kasapbashi, group general manager of Bin Majid Group, told Hotelier Middle East: “Our new strategy is to expand, so we are trying to cover all of the emirates. We are planning on this by end of 2014.”
“We started step by step, but now we’re starting to jump. We will open five hotels within one year,” he said. “Maybe, by 2015, we will have 17. Now is the time to expand. The market is very strong and showing a very good future.”
He added: “Now, we have 850 rooms, and planning to reach, by end of 2013, 1200. After that, we have another project coming and will reach 1500 rooms at beginning of 2014.”

it would be wise to design each hotel dramatically different so that one will visit them all,or same brand but different designer!
