Range Developments, a subsidiary of Dubai-based Range Holdings has signed a deal with an affiliate of Hyatt Hotels Corporation and Kiawah Partners to develop a Park Hyatt hotel in St. Kitts, an island in the West Indies.

The property will include 200 rooms and 50 branded residential condominiums as well as various F&B outlets, a spa and meeting facilities.
