Millennium & Copthorne Hotels has announced that the Grand Millennium Dubai has been ranked in first place in a study of guest satisfaction across more than 40 hotels worldwide.
The report took into account all 41 hotels from the group, and surveyed a guest satisfactions matrix to determine the rankings.
Peter Mansourian, the property’s general manager, said that the accolade was as a result of each team in the hotel putting in their efforts to deliver the best quality possible.
“I am extremely proud and delighted at what we have all achieved at the hotel,” he added.
The achievement closely follows the hotel receiving a Certificate of Excellence award from TripAdvisor.
The 343-room hotel, which features a nine-treatment room spa, meeting facilities and a ballroom, was the first Grand Millennium in the MENA region, and still one of only five globally.
