The Sofitel Abu Dhabi Corniche has launched Jazz n’ Fizz, a new lounge and bar which aims to evoke the atmosphere of the 1920s jazz and cocktail culture.
The menu features a refined selection of French fizz housed in a walk-in wine cellar along with a collection of international beverages. There is a dedicated Martini selection and an in-house saxophonist provides contemporary jazz and lounge music.
A cigar lounge - perfect for business or indulgence - is hidden within a wall and carries an impressive selection of cigars and aged Cognac.

As well as contemporary cocktails including Cinquante Cinquante (a drink made with Saint Germain, Noilly Prat, and a dash of grapefruit bitters garnished with edible flowers) and Millionaire Cocktail No. 1 (rich in apricot flavour with a citrus twist), the bar offers a selection of fruity and creamy mocktails also.
The bar is hosting a series of offers and value nights for guests to experience what it is all about.
‘Fizz Night’ offers even the most discerning sparkling wine critics the opportunity to try especially selected prosecco’s and champagne’s by Sofitel Abu Dhabi Corniche’s in-house sommelier at a discount and the ‘Cheese and Wine Night’ is made for cheese lovers and wine connoisseurs at just AED250 (US $68) per person.
The ‘After Work’ event allows guests and friends to visit between 5pm and 8pm with a 20% discount on the total bill and ladies can drink for free every Tuesday from 8pm until midnight at the Stiletto Night which launches on 11 September.
