Dubai's Le Meridien Mina Seyahi will now reopen on November 1, almost two weeks later than the original opening date of October 20.
As part of the refurbishment, all guest rooms are being renovated, as well as all public areas, with its executive club being relocated to the 10th floor.
Last month, Hotelier Middle East was told that of the four new F&B concepts, there would be a lobby bar for snacks and drinks, called Latitude Bar, and an all-day diner called Latest Recipe.
Now, complex general manager Stewart Selbie has revealed it will also open a ‘raw bar’ concept Watatsumi, which “goes beyond sushi and sashimi”.
The hotel will also feature a cafe “for creative minds”, serving Illy coffee and snacks, called The Hub.
“The refurbishment of Le Méridien Mina Seyahi Beach Resort & Marina will infuse the interiors with classic chic decor which is part of the brands dynamic focus on culture and refinement and comprises a refurbishment of all guest rooms and public areas,” added Selbie.
