On Sunday 9 September, chefs from across the UAE’s East Coast battled it out in the first East Coast Culinary Competition, held at Iberotel Miramar Al Aqah Beach Resort.
Across 11 categories, with more than 100 chefs, 62 Emirates Culinary Guild medals were awarded.
