“This has encouraged us to expand our services to Sulaimaniya which is witnessing a growing need for accommodation facilities to meet all the standards and requirements of all tourists and visitors,” he added.

The property includes 92 rooms and suites, a themed restaurant and an Olympic-size pool.

“We are looking forward to making the Highcrest Hotel a household name in Sulaimaniya to aid in the expedited development which this region is experiencing,” Jaber continued.

“Moreover, we are confident that the country would benefit from the success of the hospitality projects we are running there.”

Peacock will be managing the property after conducting all technical services from a construction consultancy to the pre-opening process, including training of staff to the operational handover to the management.

These processes will facilitate the hotel’s owner to open multiple hotels in the future under the same name, which was created and activated together with Peacock’s branding partner, re-brand-ingTM.
