Hong Kong-based Langham Hospitality Group has bought the Setai Fifth Avenue hotel in New York with the property joining the Langham portfolio in January 2013.
To be rebranded as Langham Place, the hotel will look to offer contemporary lucury living in the heart of Manhattan boasting “stylish design and stimulating art”.
The group said the move signalled its long-term expansion plans for key gateway cities in the US.
