Jumeirah Creekside Hotel, Dubai has officially opened its three signature F&B outlets.

The opening of the new bar and two restaurants see the Jumeirah Group further expand its portfolio of F&B outlets in Dubai.

Nomad, the latest addition to the hotel’s restaurant portfolio, is set to become a favourite with its extensive beverage list, pool bar and 24-hour deli menu, while executive chef Christopher Bateman serves up popular Asian dishes with a contemporary twist to create dishes such as Salmon Carpaccio, Thai-style Caesar Summer Roll and Sweet and Sour Black Cod.

Nomad has now introduced a family-friendly Friday brunch, featuring live cooking stations from eight Asian countries, coupled with several mixology stations offering beverages. With three brunch packages ranging from AED 295 (US $80) up to AED 495 ($135) brunch at Nomad also offers a range of children’s entertainment including an inflatable castle, balloon-bending artist and face-painting station.

Happy hour deals kick off from 4.00pm, with ladies receiving a complimentary after-brunch beverage while the resident DJ and live guitarists provide the perfect soundtrack for the ultimate family fun day out.

Blue Flame, with its land and sea theme, sees chef de cuisine Ruben Rebuffo serve up a range of culinary delights, including Twisted Tuna, Poached Egg Ravioli and a selection of the finest meats and seafood cooked fresh to order on the charcoal grill.

Blue Flame also boasts a Cooking Pod, where guests can take part in daily cooking classes – experienced already by Caterer Middle East – and learn the finer points of food preparation and presentation from just AED 300 ($82) per person, or learn about food and wine pairing for AED 465 ($127) per person.

Cu-Ba, set on the eighth floor of the hotel is the perfect place to sit back and watch the sun set over the emirate.

This Cuban-inspired rooftop lounge features private cabanas, a 25-metre swimming pool with a cantilevered glass bottom, and a range of signature cocktails such as the ‘Moulin Rouge Mojito’ and ‘Cuba 2 Libra’, plus a range of low-fat ‘skinny’ cocktails for the health conscious.
