The UAE’s Greenline Interiors (GLI), the firm that designed and fitted out Dubai's iconic Burj Al Arab hotel, has secured more than $80m (Sar 300m) worth of contracts in Saudi Arabia, the company confirmed.
GLI has won a fit-out contract for the Hilton Riyadh Hotel and the Wyndham Hotel in the city’s King Abdullah Financial District (KAFD).
It was also recently chosen to work on the Fairmont Hotel at the Business Gate district and last year was selected to manage the interiors of the Princess Nora bint Abdulrahman University, the first women's university in Saudi Arabia.
With the addition of contract to work on the Saudi royal family's new palace at Al Rawda, GLI’s total order book in the kingdom now comes to around AED 300m (US$81.6m).

Part of the Greenline Group, GLI designed the interiors of the Burj Al Arab and more than 22 residences and palaces for Emirati and Saudi royal families.
It is now expanding into Saudi Arabia and has secured a number of high-profile contracts in the kingdom.
