Ramada Hotel & Suites Ajman achieved 95% room occupancy in 2012 and sold 105,000 room nights for the year, surpassing its 2011 performance.
The property also announced a 200% increase in guests from the leisure segment as compared to 2011, with the majority of its guests from India, Pakistan, Germany and the CIS markets.

Ramada Hotel & Suites Ajman is preparing to embark on an AED 10 million hotel refurbishment project in 2013, involving the renovation of 60 rooms and a new executive floor to accommodate tourists during the peak season.
