Moevenpick’s Ibn Battuta Gate hotel, Dubai has appointed Michael Nugent as its new general manager.
Nugent joins the property with more than 30 years of international experience and having worked in the region for 17 years at Le Méridien and Mövenpick hotels in both the UAE and Saudi Arabia.
Originally from Ireland, Nugent joined Moevenpick 7 years ago and previously worked as GM at the Mövenpick Hotel and Apartments Bur Dubai and Mövenpick Hotel Deira, where he led the pre-opening team.
