Accor Hotels has revamped its multi-brand online booking site accorhotels.com and launched a dedicated Ibis mobile application.

The upgraded Accor booking website now features a modern, user-friendly design with advanced search functions, hotel video and photo previews, as well as access to secure bookings and reservations.

The new Ibis mobile application allows users to book their stay at any of the Ibis family’s 1600 hotels with a geo-location feature to ensure they won’t get lost on the way there.

“Our mobile solutions allow our customers to find a hotel under any circumstances at the best price, with a completely secure system, no unpleasant surprises and directions to get there by the shortest route," said Accor senior vice-president direct sales and loyalty programme Isabelle Birem.

The launch of these new mobile solutions is the first stage of our effective mobile strategy and will help us develop stronger relations with our customers,” she added.

Accor claims that the new online services will offer customers a guaranteed best available price as well as discounts for Le Club Accorhotels loyalty program members and is available in up to 15 languages on Android, iPhone and Blackberry devices.
