Qatar’s Retaj Hotels & Hospitality has opened the five-star Retaj Royale Istanbul, its first property in Turkey.
The opening is said to be Retaj's first step in a $500m investment plan for the country, which will include opening hotels in Bursa, Ankara and Antalya over the next 10 years.
The Retaj Royale Istanbul is located in the heart of the city’s Business District of Gunesli, with major entertainment and shopping malls nearby and only a five minutes’ drive from Atatürk international Airport and eight minutes away from the CNR Expo Centre.

The hotel offers 187 rooms and suites, an international a la carte restaurant with 160 seats as well nine different sizes of meeting rooms with advanced audio visual equipment.
