The organisers of Host 2013 are expecting more than 1600 exhibitors from 40 countries to attend the horeca and retail trade show, taking place from October 18-22 at the Fireramilano exhibition centre in Milan-Rho, Italy.
The exhibitors will be hosted in 12 halls on 100,000 sq m of net exhibition space, with 1500 hosted buyers from all markets also lined up for the show, which is held every two years.
The organisers have reported Increasing interest from the Middle East and Africa region, including the participation of Sharjah-based Kitcherama.

The 2011 edition attracted an international audience with exhibitors and visitors Spain, Germany, France, Switzerland, Turkey, the UK, the Netherlands and the US among the most active.
In addition, China and Russia doubled their number of representatives. Countries whose companies participated for the first time included Canada, Croatia, Finland, Malta, Panama, Russia, and Thailand.
Exhibition areas include food service equipment, the bread/pasta/pizza segment focusing on the art of bread making, there will be a greater synergy between bar and coffee machines, coffee and tea, ice-cream, pastry and cocoa, and the area dedicated to furniture now includes tableware and hotel furnishings.
