Renowned chef Nobu Matsuhisa will be hosting an "intimate" dinner at Nobu, Atlantis,The Palm, Dubai on Tuesday 16 April.
The tasting menu will include eight courses of an eclectic selection of seafood and meat, including Wasabi Oysters, Lobster Kakiage prepared using a popular form of Japanese tempura, and Wagyu A9 marinated Umami style; a unique method which enhances a rich savoury flavour also known as "the fifth taste". Each course will be paired with sake.

Guests will be able to watch the master chef in action as he prepares and cooks these delicacies and will be able to engage with him in between courses.
Atlantis, The Palm has the first outpost of Nobu in the Middle East, the famed restaurant that chef Nobu Matsuhisa created to "redefine Japanese cuisine".
Nobu Atlantis infuses chef Nobu’s Japanese style with South American influences to create an urban experience.
