Jasra Boutique Hotel, one of the Souq Waqif collection in Doha, has launched seafood restaurant, the Al Sanbouk Fish Market.

The dining experience promises a wide selection of high-quality, fresh fish, lobster, shrimps, crabs and other seafood, cooked in a variety of international cooking styles, such as Italian and Thai.

The restaurant features live cooking stations, where internationally experienced culinary teams prepare unique seafood dishes, combining the fragrance, taste and art of cooking in dramatic performances.

Its design concept envelopes guests in various shades of blue, recreating an oceanic atmosphere within the mystic souq’s old-world charm.
