Dusit Thani Abu Dhabi has unveiled its dining concepts ahead of its opening in May 2013.
The hotel’s dining options include its signature Thai restaurant, Benjarong, which offers Thai royal cuisine, the Capital Grill, a contemporary bistro and steakhouse, Urban Kitchen, with an international buffet and live cooking stations featuring Thai, Japanese, Indian and continental cuisine.
“Our mandate is to elevate the hotel’s luxury dining experience while building upon Dusit’s unique business philosophy. A wide array of signature dishes, coupled with custom menus to suit individual tastes and dietary requirements in a refined, sleek yet awe-inspiring environment, will be the order of the day for our guests,” said Simone Stanco, director of food and beverage at Dusit Thani Abu Dhabi.

Dusit Gourmet, a casual dining cafe adjacent to Urban Kitchen will offer sandwiches and pastries, as will Orchid, the hotel’s lobby lounge, and Urban Cafe in the office tower. Other dining options include the Club Lounge on the 35th floor, which offers a bird’s eye view of the capital, and the Breeze Bar, located by the pool, which can accommodate cocktail receptions and private events.
“With such a wide variety of dining outlets throughout the hotel, we are confident that Dusit Thani Abu Dhabi will provide not only our guests but also the many residents of the UAE’s capital with what will be the premium destination for dining or hosting events.

The hotel, located in the business and government district adjacent to CERT Technology Park features 402 guest rooms and 131 serviced apartments.
