Zuma has been ranked among S. Pellegrino’s annual list of the World’s 50 Best Restaurants for the second consecutive year.
The Dubai-based restaurant was listed at number 87, making it the highest-ranked restaurant from the MENA region.
Commenting on Zuma’s presence on the list, Ajaz Sheikh, director of operations for Zuma Middle East and Turkey said: “I am extremely proud of this achievement by our Dubai team.
"To be placed in the top 100 for the second consecutive year is an incredible feat, especially when you take into consideration the size and number of covers managed each and every day, and the incredible talent worldwide. I would like to thank everyone involved for their magnificent contribution over the past 12 months.”

The annual list recognises 100 restaurants as the world’s best, as determined by more than 900 industry experts, food critics, chefs and restaurateurs.
