The Novotel Dubai Al Barsha will become the fifth Novotel property from the Accor Group to open in the UAE, as well as the latest addition to Dubai’s burgeoning midscale hotel market when it opens its doors to guests in summer 2013.

The 42 storey, 465-room hotel will be located along Dubai’s Sheik Zayed Road with views out over the Arabian Gulf and will boast five food and beverage outlets, nine meeting rooms and a dedicated business centre.

Novotel Dubai Al Barsha general manager Philippe Montaubin said: “When it comes to the hotel itself, the volume, quality and value of our bedroom product has already generated much interest in the market from our corporate and travel trade partners, our meeting facilities are first class and we look forward to tempting guests with our unique Food and Beverage offerings.”

The Novotel Dubai Al Barsha will open with 465 guest rooms including superior and executive rooms, over 100 interconnecting family rooms and 89 fully-furnished suites.

Business guests will be able to take advantage of state-of-the-art audio and visual facilities, while the hotel’s business centre and nine function rooms catering for meetings, seminars and events while accommodating up to 250 guests.

Novotel Dubai Al Barsha will also plays host to five restaurants and bars with its'365' all-day dining; Café Java, a 24-hour boutique pastry take-away coffee corner; Bubbles. a contemporary bar lounge with live music; the Deck Se7en tropical-inspired relaxing poolside terrace; and the region’s only Cajun Louisiana restaurant, Cravin’ Cajun.
