The East Coast Culinary and Cocktail competition will be held at the Iberotel Miramar Al Aqah Beach Resort.
Iberotel Miramar Al Aqah Beach Resort has announced the second East Coast Culinary and Cocktail competition, inviting chefs to compete in 11 different categories.
Iberotel Miramar Al Aqah Beach Resort’s general manager said: “This is one of the many initiatives from Iberotel Miramar Al Aqah Beach Resort, bringing many talented young chefs together at the 2nd East Coast Culinary & Cocktail competition. Last year, the hotel had over 100 chefs competing for the 62 Emirates Culinary Guild medals.”
Iberotel Miramar Al Aqah Beach Resort’s executive chef, KAC Prasad started the first competition when he noticed the opportunity for an east coast event after participating at Emirates Culinary Guild competitions in the UAE.

“Cooking with such experienced chefs kept us on our toes last year, and I’m happy to say that the event was an eye opener for many young talents in the region. This year’s event will be bigger and better,” he said.
The competition is supervised by the World Association of Chefs and the Emirates Culinary Guild.
