Emaar Properties PJSC has added the Hills, a complex of four low-rises, to its Emirates Living portfolio, which will feature two residential buildings, as well as a Vida-branded hotel and serviced apartments – the group's new hotel brand launched last month to target a younger generation.
The complex will feature two residential buildings of 12 and 15 storeys with one, two and three-bedroom apartments; a hotel under the Vida Hotels and Resorts brand aimed at both business executives and leisure travellers and Vida serviced apartments targeting the same sector.
Facilities at the Hills’ residential buildings will include yoga lawns, a barbeque deck, swimming pools, health and fitness facilities, and a children’s play area, in addition to dedicated parking facilities, round-the-clock security and maintenance service support.

The Hills development also aims to promote a greener lifestyle by using environmentally friendly materials in the construction, and the finished buildings will also place emphasis on energy and water use efficiency through smart lighting and water-saving kitchen and bathroom taps.
