Al Bustan Rotana Dubai has appointed Slim Zaiane as its new executive assistant manager.
Born in Tunisia, Zaiane's educational background includes a Bachelor's Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management from Glion Hotel School in Switzerland and a Master’s Degree from the Oxford Brookes University in the United Kingdom.
With more than 15 years experience in the hospitality industry particularly in F&B and rooms management, Zaiane has worked in luxury hotels across Europe including Hilton London Metropole, Hilton Newcastle, Sofitel Geneva, and the Red Carnations luxury boutique hotels collection.

Prior to joining Al Bustan Rotana Dubai, he was the food and beverage operations manager at the Hilton Group.
In his new role, Zaiane responsibilities include overseeing the hotel’s operations whilst utilising his vast experience to work with different market segments, styles of service, cuisine and banquet facilities.
The new executive assistant manager’s main goal is to raise the bar of service at Al Bustan Rotana Dubai and provide “memorable guest experiences”.
