Al Marwa Rayhaan by Rotana Makkah has recruited 25 Saudi Arabian graduates from the Technical College in Makkah as part of the hotel’s Duroob program, which aims to increase the rate of Saudization at the property.

The new employees occupy positions in various areas of the hotel, including HR, accounting, reception, kitchen, engineering and electrical.

Al Marwa Rayhaan by Rotana general manager Mostafa Tantawi said: “The Duroob programme has been developed by Rotana for all its hotels across the Gulf countries.
