SushiArt opens its doors in Dubai International Financial Centre, with its special menus and boxes influenced by work with celebs like Kate Moss and Lenny Kravitz, Japanese fashion designer Kenzo Takada, and Michelin-starred chef Thierry Marx.

Marx who has created a collection especially for SushiShop which includes eight new recipes, worked in Japan for five years and opened Sur Mesure in the Mandarian Oriental Hotel Paris.

Sister company of SushiShop, SushiArt features over 100 recipes ranging from authentic Japanese fare to French influences, such as the Foie Gras Wagyu beef sushi with truffle oil, or the Tuna Tatare with caviar.

Mediterranean flavours also feature with the Marinated Chirashi featuring tuna, salmon, olive oil, coriander, leeks and cucumbers, as well as the Arabic-inspired Maki ‘Like Tabbouleh’ Roll.

The DIFC branch offers 12 artisan sushi masters for instant production and freshness throughout on a day-to-day basis.

SushiShop now has 100 restaurants internationally, combining fine dining in an authentic Japanese ambiance comprised of warm lighting, soft wood and stone materials.
