What is your newest product?
Victorinox has recently launched its range of HACCP certified knives which come with specially designed coloured grips. HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) regulations require that all hazards are analysed and suitable countermeasures put in place. With its inbuilt colour coding, the knives indicate their intended use, thus boosting safety and hygiene and ensuring that clients are able to satisfy these international food regulations.
