Intercontinental Hotel Group (IHG) has appointed Mark Allaf as the new general manager of the Holiday Inn Hotel Bur Dubai, UAE.
A graduate of the Conrad N. Hilton College of Hospitality Management in the USA, Allaf has since accumulated 23 years of international hospitality experience with IHG, Hilton & Starwood Hotels across the US, Europe, Asia and the Middle East.
Prior to joining the Holiday Inn Hotel Bur Dubai, Allaf was the general manager for the 300 room Holiday Inn Hotel in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

An American national with Jordanian native origin, Allaf is also fluent in English, & Arabic.
