Middle Eastern eatery Manoushe Street has forecasted achieving a 200% increase in sales by 2015, attributed to huge market demand for its food products.
Formerly known as Man2ooshe & Co, the company has opened its fifth branch in the UAE located in Burj Views Downtown Dubai.
Charting its expansion plans, it will soon be opening another branch in Dubai Investment Park and is also scouting for other locations across the UAE.

Manoushe Street founder and CEO Jihad El Eit said: "Since we opened in 2010, Manoushe Street has fast become a favorite among UAE residents. We take pride in being able to serve only high quality, fully nutritious, home-styled cooked meals."
He continued: "The opening of this new branch in Burj Views Downtown Dubai reflects the overwhelming response for our products and we hope to open more branches in the coming months to cater to the growing demand for our Manakeesh and other food items.
"Also, we are always on the lookout on how to serve our customers better, which is why we have opened a 24/7 call centre and installed a fully efficient ERP program."
The implementation of new ERP software is designed to assist the company’s 100-strong workforce. In addition, Manoushe Street has also opened an 8,000 square feet central kitchen.
