Atlantis, The Palm is hosting two exclusive events featuring MasterChef Australia judge George Calombaris on September 27 where the popular chef will curate the Friday brunch at Seafire Steakhouse & Bar and a special dinner at the hotel’s signature restaurant Ossiano.
Celebrating one year since Seafire launched its new family brunch, guests will have the opportunity to meet Calombaris while enjoying his signature dishes.
Later in the day, Ossiano will host a six-course meal prepared by the television star, which will represent dishes from Calombaris' Melbourne restaurant, The Press Club.

"We are pleased to welcome George back to Atlantis, as he has truly become a part of our food family," said Atlantis The Palm senior vice president, food & beverage, Mark Patten.
He added: "We’ve enjoyed partnering with him on various projects over the last few years, including the promotion of high quality Victoria, Australia produce, the “Put Victoria on Your Table” dinners and of course hosting MasterChef Australia. The events on 27th September are just a precursor to many more exciting developments down the road."
Calombaris’ appearance is just the latest highlight in his on-going relationship with Atlantis, The Palm. Most recently he, along with MasterChef Australia contestants and judges, filmed the cooking competition at the resort over the summer. The episode featuring Atlantis, as well as other prominent Dubai landmarks, will air in the UAE on October 13, 2013.
The brunch and dinner are available for AED 500 and AED 995 per person respectively.
