UAE-based food service company Horeca Trade opened a new distribution facilities and office in Abu Dhabi in Abu Dhabi Business Hub - ICAD 1 at Musaffah Industrial Area, to target both the capital and the Northern Emirates.

The office in Abu Dhabi comprises two warehouses supported by a full team of personnel and trucks, as well as a VNA temperature-controlled dry store and completely mechanised loading and unloading systems.

The facility also has 822 ambient pallet positions storage capacity with allotment space of 420 for frozen and 48 for chilled.

Horeca Trade managing director Hisham Al Jamil said: "Our newly established centre in Musaffah speaks of more than just our business expansion. More importantly, it is a testament to Horeca Trade’s commitment to continually improve delivery service to our customers and be in an even closer coordination with our UAE partners."

Jamil hinted that the launch of the new office correlates with the firm's growing portfolio. "Our portfolio grows at such a fast pace. The company's headquarters and main offices remain at Warehouse 4B, Belhasa Motor Compound, Al Quoz 3.
