Jumeirah Beach Hotel is set to host a pop-up restaurant created especially for Jumeirah by star chefs The Galvin Brothers.

From October 24-30, 2013, hotel guests can dine at the  Villa Beach restaurant and sample the ‘Guest of the Galvins’ tasting menu. Jeff Galvin, known along with his brother Chris for their quality French cuisine, will create a selection of five starters, five main courses and five desserts. Alongside Jeff in the kitchen will be Galvin La Chapelle head chef Zac Whittle.

Jeff Galvin said: “I am thrilled to be travelling to Dubai to host this much anticipated pop up restaurant and proud to be partnering with the Jumeirah Beach Hotel. French food, lovingly prepared is our passion, and it will be great to share this experience with diners in the Middle East as well as share some tips with them so that they can go away and cook at home.”

A private cooking class will then be held for hotel guests on October 27 by the brothers at the SunDeck Lounge in Jumeirah Beach Hotel.
