Dubai’s Media One Hotel has appointed Stephen Mannin as manager of THE DEK on 8.
Mannin began his career in Manchester, UK as a restaurant manager and worked at several restaurants and bars around the country. He also worked as food and beverage manager at Nikki Beach & The Beach House Hotel, where he set up and ran five venues.
Previously, Mannin was the operations manager at Nasimi Beach, Atlantis The Palm, where he developed his knowledge of the local market.

At Media One, Mannin will organise staff and introduce new ideas and concepts for THE DEK on 8 while building customer relationships.
Mark Lee, general manager of Media One, commented “We are aware there are many bars and restaurants in Dubai and we are delighted to have Stephen join the team to display his exemplary customer service skills to build the reputation of THE DEK on 8, by having a ‘Mine Host’ available to take care of clients needs”.
