Day in the life: Anantara's equestrian guide |
8:30am – I lead the beginner ride, pitching in some jokes to put the guests at ease.
10:30am – Collect next guests for a Sir Bani Yas Stables tour. I introduce them to each of the horses, giving the low-down on their personalities.
12:00pm – A little bit of “me” time. I head to the canteen for lunch and a nice cup of tea.
