New restaurant manager joins Certo at Radisson Blu

Pierluigi Mazza is the new restaurant manager at Certo, Radisson Blu Hotel Dubai Media City.

Pierluigi Mazza has joined the team at Italian restaurant Certo at the Radisson Blu Hotel Dubai Media City as the new restaurant manager.

The Italian national has 10 years of international experience in the hospitality industry and joins the team from Milan, where he was the restaurant manager at Fratelli la Bufala, a busy restaurant in the heart of the city.

In his new role, Mazza will implement promotions and dining concepts at the restaurant and ensure the consistency of the high service standard Certo.

Commenting on Mazza’s appointment, Radisson Blu Hotel, Dubai Media City F&B manager Adil Souate said: “Pierluigi has worked in various restaurants in Italy and his international experience will be a great asset to the Certo team.”
