The Radisson Blu Hotel, Dubai Media City has appointed Italian national Alessandro Esposito as the new head chef of Italian Restaurant Certo, starting December 13.
Alessandro is joining the team at Certo Italian Restaurant from London, where he held the position of Chef de Cuisine at a busy Italian restaurant at a 5 star luxury hotel brand in the heart of the city.
Radisson Blu Hotel, Dubai Media City F&B manager Adil Souate said: “Pierluigi has worked in various leading 5 star hotel chains and restaurants in London and Rome and his international experience will be a great asset to the Certo team. In his role, he will be implementing exciting and creative food promotions and dining concepts as well as ensure the high service standard Certo is well known for under his leadership.”
