Dusit Thani Abu Dhabi has appointed two new chefs for its Capital Grill steakhouse, as well as a new director of marketing.

Having worked together in Australia across a variety of top kitchens,Chefs Paul Balfour and Riane Stubbs are now working to establish The Capital Grill as the premium destination in Abu Dhabi for steak, having developed a menu including Wagyu Tenderloin among various other signature dishes.

Paul Balfour, chef at The Capital Grill, Dusit Thani Abu Dhabi said: “A wide array of signature dishes, coupled with custom menus to suit individual tastes and dietary requirements in a refined, sleek yet awe-inspiring environment, is the order of the day for our guests. Our mandate is to elevate the hotel’s luxury dining experience while building upon Dusit’s unique business philosophy.

“To be a great steakhouse, you must offer not only the best quality of meat but also have an outstanding kitchen team who knows how to properly season and cook. Fresh, local and seasonal products are important, but despite being a steak restaurant we also serve amazing seafood and vegetarian dishes for those who don’t want meat.”

Balfour and Stubbs have previous experience working in top kitchens around Australia.
