What roles are you recruiting for?
Ayla Hotels and Resorts is a growing company and our expansion plan includes two upcoming properties in the next couple of months. We will be recruiting for Ayla Bawadi in February and, then in March for Ayla Grand Hotel. In total, we are looking for 400 new colleagues to join Ayla.
What are the main character attributes you look for?
We hire for attitude and train for skills. Experience is not a must for certain positions; the important part is that the person has the attitude and passion to serve from the heart.

What are your top interview tips?
Your CV is your ID; the effort that you put in to your CV will represent you in the eyes of the company. A CV shouldn’t be more than two pages and should contain details relevant for the job you are applying for.
