Italian master chef Alfredo Russo is bringing his cuisine to Sheraton Dubai Creek Hotel & Towers, creating the menu for signature restaurant Vivaldi, now re-named Vivaldi by Alfredo Russo.

Vivaldi, which opened in 2000 is under refurbishment and will return on April 9 with its new menu, in tandem with the hotel's re-opening.

“Alfredo Russo’s food is certainly unique to the local area, and with the exquisite climate controlled terrace available all year offering stunning panoramic views of Dubai Creek and the skyline, as well as the unique location of the hotel, Vivaldi will elevate the Creek’s food offerings to new heights.”

Dolce Stil Novo executive chef Alfredo Russo said: “I am delighted to be working with the new team at Sheraton Dubai Creek Hotel & Towers and building on the foundation of a fantastic venue that is rich in history.

“The hotel and restaurant both have a very strong reputation and loyal following with the local market, and I am thrilled to have the opportunity to give the existing and new customers a taste of Italian cuisine the way I see it.”

This is the second time that Alfredo is working with Starwood Hotels & Resorts; he currently consults on the menu of Rossini’s at the Sheraton Grande Sukhumvit in Bangkok, A Luxury Collection hotel.

Turin-native Russo has held his Michelin star for over 20 hears having achieved it three years after opening Dolce Stil Novo in Turin.
