InterContinental Hotels Group has partnered with technology solutions provider Amadeus to enhance guest experience.
The hotel chain aims to tap into the growing importance of consumer technology and look to anticipate and meet changing consumer needs through providing technological solutions at all stages of the guest journey, including planning, booking, and travel.
The first phase of the relationship between IHG and Amadeus will focus on planning and development, which will involve scoping out technologies and solutions that will drive innovation in the industry.
