Nightclub Chinawhite has launched its first Dubai venue at Grand Hyatt Dubai, with its opening party taking place this weekend.
The club, open from 10pm-3am every Thursday and Friday, features an oriental inspired interior dominated by red and black, with a “theatrical flair”.
Commenting on the launch, co-founder Rory Keegan said: “Chinawhite Dubai is the rebirth of the original Chinawhite. We’re bringing back the true glamour, decadence and exclusivity that made it one of the most sought after destinations in the world. This time round, however, we’re going one step further and taking it to the next level – while the interior design is reminiscent of when Chinawhite first opened, we’re adding a modern touch to bring even more glamour and glitz to the region”.

General manager of Chinawhite Dubai Yacine Bouaouni added: “Chinawhite is first and foremost about the people. Our aim is to give our guests a sense of exclusivity and allow them to experience the first class and bespoke service that Chinawhite is famed for. The result is an amazing venue, focused on quality but where people can come and feel at home.”
Last month, following a series of statements from several of Chinawhite’s original founders questioning the validity of the ‘Chinawhite’ name for the Dubai venture, a statement confirmed that The Chinawhite Dubai development group has signed a licensing agreement with the legitimate licensor of Chinawhite, Caverhill Finance.
Chinawhite Dubai is not affiliated with the current Libertine-Chinawhite London operation; however, this also has its license for the brand through Caverhill Finance.
