The Luxury Collection Hotels & Resorts, part of Starwood Hotels & Resorts, held the grand opening of Ajman Saray, a Luxury Collection Resort, Ajman on Saturday April 5.
General Manager Michele Frignani welcomed His Highness Sheikh Ahmed bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Chairman of the Economic Department, as well as senior management from Starwood.

The beach-side hotel has 205 rooms with a Royal Suite covering 193 square metres. The UAE’s first GOCO Spa features 17 treatment rooms across 1,250 square metres. Other leisure facilities include an outdoor swimming pool and private beach, a range of water sport activities, a fully-equipped fitness centre and a children’s club. The meeting and event space includes six meeting rooms and a ballroom.
Executive chef Christophe Gavois oversees the resort’s five restaurants and lounges including Mejhana, a Middle Eastern restaurant, Safi Restaurant & Bar, a seafood restaurant Al Shorfa lobby lounge, Escape, an equestrian-inspired lounge, Vista, the resort’s all-day dining venue, and Bab Al Bahar beach bar and grill.
An introductory package starts from AED 870. The promotion includes overnight accommodation and complimentary buffet breakfast, and a AED 100 food and beverage voucher, which can be redeemed at any of the hotel’s restaurants and lounges.
The opening of the Ajman Saray marks Starwood’s 23rd hotel in the UAE, including three under The Luxury Collection brand.
