Damac Properties has announced the release of its latest project, Vantage – a 388-key serviced apartments tower.
The property, which will be located in Dubai’s Jumeirah Village, will be managed by Damac Hotels – the hospitality arm of Damac Properties.
Units at the 33-storey tower will come in configurations of one- two- and three-bedroom fully furnished apartments, and the project is expected to be completed by Q2 2017.
Facilities at Vantage will include a lobby with 24-hour valet service, round-the-clock reception and concierge, a café, a restaurant, a gymnasium, health and fitness club, as well as a swimming pool and spa.
Commenting on the new project, Damac Properties senior vice president Niall McLoughlin said: “Vantage is a great investment project, in the centre of Dubai’s thriving, new community.
