Construction company Arabtec Holding has selected Viceroy Hotel Group to operate two properties it is currently developing in Dubai.
Located on Sheikh Zayed Road and in Dubai Business Bay, they are set to open in late 2016 and 2017 respectively. They join the previously announced Viceroy Dubai Palm Jumeirah, which is set to open in late 2016 on the trunk of the Palm Jumeirah.
Viceroy Hotel Group CEO Bill Walshe said: "Dubai is firmly established as one of the most progressive and dynamic hospitality destinations in the world, and we are excited to partner with Arabtec Holding to expand the Emirate's luxury hotel landscape.”
Located within walking distance of Dubai’s business and financial centres, Viceroy Dubai Sheikh Zayed Road will occupy a tower spanning 76 floors. Both hotels will offer similar qualities and experiential amenities.

The group’s flagship property is Yas Viceroy, overlooking the Yas Marina Circuit, which is used annually for the F1 Grand Prix. The Dubai openings will be pat of its international growth strategy, with further developments set to be announced in Europe, Latin America and Asia, in addition to growth in its home market of the USA.
